Andrew  graduated  as  an  Electrical  Engineer  from  Imperial College London.

He  has  over  30  years’  experience  in  Corporate  Finance, Investment  Banking  and  other  senior  finance  roles  with  a focus  on  the  telecoms,  technology,  renewable  energy  and cleantech sectors.

Over the years he has worked with Bain & Co, Deutsche Bank, Merrill  Lynch,  and  Macadam  LLP.  He  spent  5  years  as  a Director  at  Libertas  Partners,  an  AIM  focused  Nomad  and broker specialising in TMT, Renewables and Cleantech.

More  recently  he  spent  4  years  as  Finance  Director  for ChargePoint  Services  Ltd,  a  provider  of  electric  vehicle charging stations, and 2 years as Head of Finance at Engie EV solutions.
