Alex is an internationally focused Managing Director with specialist hands-on experience of the zero emission (cross electric/H2 tech segment) EMOBILITY (ZEV) and EV HPC infrastructure sector.

He has over 20 years experience in cutting edge sustainable transport, emission regulations and energy markets. Alex is one of the most experienced, technically aware and sales-driven clean tech senior directors in Europe.

As CEO and founder of ChargePoint Services Ltd (CPS), within two years the company had secured best private sector performance status by winning the contract for the 2012 London Olympics and went in 2016 to project manage and deliver Ecotricity’s Electric Highways national rapid DC EV network (largest connected network in Europe at the time).

In 2019 CPS and fully owned GeniePoint Rapid DC network had become the 2nd largest DC public network in the UK and was acquired by Engie (French Utility giant) in June that year.
